Used AAT matts are an invaluable resource for wildlife rescuers, enabling animals to be moved safely and comfortably.

They are in high demand, but short supply, with the vast majority being discarded. But you can help.

COLLECTION IS EASY & FREE
All you need to do is:

1. CHECK the products are NOT contaminated with bodily fluids (blood, urine, etc). If contaminated, dispose of them as per your facility’s medical waste guidelines. If no bodily fluids are present, or it’s just soiled with antiseptic (e.g. betadine, Chlorhexidine or alcohol), proceed to Step 2.

2. PACK & STORE the products in a box or bag and label with The Gift Project.
